Thanks for your response. I don't know how make diary open. To get BMI under 25, I need to lose 10 to 12 more. I am walking a lot and going over 10000 steps most days. No joint issues here - that would make it difficult. I am still eating whatever I want but counting calories and trying to limit it to 1500.

I wonder if MFP doesn't give the "you might not be eating enough" be cuz of legal concerns. Seems like I get that even when the calories are over the target.
