1st June (week 1): 139 8th June (week 2): 15th June (week 3): 22nd June (week 4): 1st July: Goal is to lose 3-4 lbs to start, ergo 135 lbs. ( Total goal weight: 23 lbs) Making changes to my diet and goal is to exercise for 50 minutes for 5 days a week, mixture of HIIT for 25 minutes and yoga for 25 minutes.
