I am on 2000 calories, because my basic metabolism need 1950 calories. So I eat 2000-2200 and burn 300-500 just to be in slight deficit by 10%. Also I do cyclic carbs like two days with 50g, two days with 100g and two days with 150 g. Then one day I am on zero carbs and after I do again 50,100... This way I am loosing…
