I constantly remind myself that tracking works. I remember what my goal is and how much closer I get every single time I track. It's more about accountability to me. It is a task that I've committed to completing for myself.

I'm in! So excited to get to do a challenge. I just (re)started! I will have to update my weight later as I am having scale issues. Hopefully some fresh batteries will do the trick. I am flying from Knoxville to Tacoma on Thanksgiving day to visit my son (Army) and this challenge is just perfect perfect perfect! Thanks!
