Rather than "no treats" what I do is work them into my caloric budget. I try to plan ahead to the extent that I can and if I really want something that is a "treat" I find where it fits. I look at my daily calories as a budget and just budget it in. For the most part I've kept a very healthy diet but I decided this time…

I think we self sabotage for a variety of reasons but as far as slipping up what I do is forgive myself, remind myself of all the reasons I am on this journey and make a plan to undo the damage. When it comes to seafood avoid "farm raised" You want wild caught instead. Instead of Tilapia if you want a mild fish you might try Alaskan Pollock.
