I seem to do alot of "starting again!". I seem to go alright for about a week to ten days then crash. It seems when I allow myself a treat, I crash and it's all over.
Maybe try and have NO treats. Not sure how to deal with it, but at least I'm trying I guess.
A lovely sunny day. Time to get the washing out.
Enjoy your day/evening everyone.🌸😀🌺

Rather than "no treats" what I do is work them into my caloric budget. I try to plan ahead to the extent that I can and if I really want something that is a "treat" I find where it fits. I look at my daily calories as a budget and just budget it in. For the most part I've kept a very healthy diet but I decided this time around to not feel deprived. I'm 50 days in and down 24lbs. So far so good. Best of luck!0
