Quick note before i run off Yesterday i ate 1200 plus some of my exercise cals And this morning lost 1.5 lbs water Amazing! So there, Paul (who says calories in, calories burned) 188.6 today! I still claim 188. Thanks so much guys!xxoxox

Fyi I googled "fat burning bedtime snack" and found a great list that includes things i cant eat earlier in the day, like oatmeal. I love idea of hot oatmeal at bedtime! Was surprised to find apple and peanut butter on the list because that is my usual bedtime snack!

600 and 365 days are very impressive! I will never get close - not because i wont stay on the program - but because every once in awhile i forget to check in before its too late. Mfp descriminates against night owls!

Wouldn't you know, after i ate yogurt i remembered i had my weekly cookie at panera, so end day with 1400 cals! Luckily i walked uphill already today, so don't have to in middle of night.

Pam, forgot to say that i walk uphill as my extra activity -- immediately gets me aerobic, and i get to watch "Alfred hitchcock presents"on youtube at the same time. :-)

Since you are sticking to calorie goal, logically the gain is just that cankerous water weight. I recommend my trick of claiming the lowest weight as your real weight.
