Just added some extra minutes. I worked out at the pool in the hotel. I was the only adult in the pool and interacted with the kids and had a blast. I wear formals frequently because of the organizations I belong. I love formals. My favorite place to find them is Ross or thrift stores. I found a pretty blue one for $.94

I was at a dinner with friends from around the state. I rocked a red dress. I got so many compliments. Many had not seen me in a year. Some just a couple months. It was sleeveless and I was freezing. My step-daughter lives in Seattle about 6 hours away. But our family and her mothers family lives in Walla Walla - which is two hours away.

Yes the diabetes prevention was a great motivator, we have to turn in our food logs and we had a great life coach. It was weekly at first and then went two weeks and then once a month. I am shopping at the Thrift stores to get the smaller sizes- it saves money and I don't feel bad when I recycle them to someone else. I spent under $3 yesterday for two pairs of pants and one formal dress.

My favorite is hard boiled eggs mixed with tuna, green onions, olives and tomatoes. I now mix it with avocado instead of mayo. I ate it on a low cal wheat pita. Changed from the mayo and bread I used to eat it on before MFP.

@beryl. Use getting to 100 lbs loss as the extra push. I know it has been working for me. mini goals I am very happy to report. I hit mine today. 101 lbs lost in 10 months. Happy dance on my end. Oh I usually weigh on Sunday. Sneak peak today. 30 lbs to go.

It looks like you got a lot of feedback. I was in the same boat with a co-worker. Since you have multiple breaks in a day why not state you would like to run for some of the breaks and walk with her at least once a day. You both burn calories.

Sunday is kind of a anniversary. I was sick with a cyst in my sinus and had to have surgery. I was in a ceremony where I wore a Purple formal and the pictures showed me how bad I had gained weight over the 18 months I was sick with the sinus thing and the doctor kept throwing antibiotics at me. I felt that way in February when I was sick. It seems to be going better now. The scale is not the only measure of success.

What a busy last couple of days. I did ok at my night meeting Friday night - I brought a chocolate raspberry fit greek yogurt to have for refreshments instead of cupcakes. OK - a tip on when someone brings food- imagine that they were made some where not very clean so you would not want them anyway. My favorite mantra- nothing tastes as good as thin feels!!!!

Last night and tonight are long meeting nights. I wish everyone a very good weekend. Stay on point. We always have dinner before our meeting - did not have dessert had some chicken and green salad. Weighed today and lost 2 lbs so far...I did the arm challenge, squat challenge, Jillian shred and ball exercise youtube video.
