I am also fighting depression after losing my dad. I am need to lose again.... I need to find motivation too... I fill so out of it. The weather is not helping. Rainy and gloomy in my town. Supposed to help with an Easter Egg hunt in two hours.

Today is my restart. I am doing a veteran move program. 100 lbs to lose again.

How are you doing. I am 53 and struggling with weight loss. I recently had foot surgery that did not work. I am in a lot of pain and walking is even painful. My dr. has applied to put shots into my foot while I am sedated.

I have been trying to post for the last hour and it wont open for me Can you add 60 mins a day with challenge 2 & 3 points. I broke my foot and could not do as much as normal.

Challenge #3 I ate all my veggies Cabbage, grapes, celery, apple, and lettuce

Challenge 2 I choose the Venice week 5 option of seated workout. I broke my foot and so pounding exercises are not some thing I can do this week

CHALLENGE #3 I chose thyme. I made chicken and veg with thyme. I grow it and love to use it with veggies. I like it a lot @MissionEnforcer

@MissionEnforcer Challenge #1 Complete. I did the frostbite 5k. Walked well over 5k. I picked this because I like to walk and had time to walk the longer distance. The area where I live does not usually have very much snow but this year it seems like it will never end. Woke up to another 6 inches a outside.

I finally got my time updated. I killed my computer this week. My iPad won't load the spreadsheet. I finally tried my iPhone and it worked.

I do this to. I I have to sleep with a cpap too. I don't remember eating. I also don't feel full.

Diet coke fan. I had to give it up because of stomach issues. Feel way better for it! ,

My husband and I worked on insulating the attic. Lots of up and down on the ladder. The we went to the pool right before it closed. Needless to say I fell asleep right after dinner.

I do like putting sauerkraut with pizza. It is the mustard I don't like. I know weird.

I tried a pizza called the shotzy. It was yucky. It has mustard sauce and sauerkraut. I don't like mustard but because of this challenge I tried a bite.

i did kickboxing last night and reflexology after- it did feel good. I will eat a sushi at the Red Bento on Friday for dinner. It is my valentines dinner. My husband and I had conflicting meetings all week. Monday and weds my meetings and tues and thurs Mark.... Fun stuff.

I have a boot thing I wear at night to keep the foot bent, orthotic called aetrex, the green ones, and shoes that are as wide as my foot on the bottom- new cut outs and rigid-new Balance makes them and I bought them at a real shoe store with the man that knows how…

Water If there are no classes just walking is a good start. YouTube videos for people with arthritis is also a good place to look
