1.walk instead of sit during conf break 2. Stairs instead of elevator 3. Walked instead of drive to take something to a nearby office 4. Exercise while watching tv 5. Park faraway and walk further.

I am at a conference. So in the spirit of the challenge i walked around the hotel during breaks, spent an hour in the pool doing water aerobics instead of going to a Chinese buffet. Then I walked 1.5 miles to get a piece of baked chickens. I now have 16000 steps on my pacer. My back hurts. Hope he hotel bed is comfortable.

I have tried on several platforms on several days to get on the spread sheet to no avail- My starting weight was 190, I have done all the challenges and completed 400 minutes of exercise. I did the pretest mile in 13:04 can someone help me out?

One of my fitness goals has been to run a mile without walking. I achieved it today at the hotel on a treadmill in 13:04. Not very fast but feels good. I have been at a work conference. Ate too much but exercised a lot. +11000 steps yesterday walking and 10000 today plus 11 miles on a bike in two rides.

Logging food Increase water Taking the stairs at work Eat more veggies To change Cut sugar Increase exercise minutes I did accomplish most of the above until I broke my foot. I feel I stalled in the process. I am struggling a lot right now with hunger and stomach pain.

Did you see the nytimes articles on a 6 year study of BL contestants. I know I have been struggling with feeling very hungry lately and food that kept me full in the past does not work. I have been struggling not to overeat in the last three weeks.

I finally was able to get the spreadsheet to work. My iPad would not let me edit it. My computer let me frustrating!

For those with bad weather find a video to workout with. Minutes of activity are good I pick the type I want and find something on YouTube.

I will post a loss even with a broken foot. Chair exercise is still exercise and burning the calories. I was traveling and ate at a very high end restaurant as part of a banquet event. These are one year apart. I have lost a few more lbs but have now hurt my foot so it is a lot slower of weight loss now than a year ago.

I put tumeric in my stew. it is supposed to help with inflammation which with my foot it will help. I also have done a bunch of seated exercise. I did do some walking not very fast but anything to keep exercising. I also have just recently posted my before and after pictures. I have lost a lot of inches over the last year.

So I have broken foot. I kicked some furniture last night. I will be doing chair exercises and chair yoga classes. Also band videos. I still be able to Get minutes

Check out youtube videos for chair exercise for people that hurt a lower extremity. I used them when I sprained my ankle. It will help burn calories.

I lost my 100 lbs over the last 11 months. I like to make mini goals and have non-food goals that keep me motivated. I also like to compete in the challenges on this web site. I got the 26 miles done with the help of a friend. We walked for three hours last night. 10 miles! My calves are sore but went to the pool today and feel better- hot tub and moving in the deep in was good!

Today's task -went through all my clothes and got everything that was not a size large or 14-16 for pants. I have lots of clothes that needs to go to a rummage sale!
