  • Hmm maybe try eating less through the day then having a low calorie snack:) and drink lots of water it helps 110%
  • Your kids are your opportunity to stay motivated! Go do fun things with them to stay or get in shape:)
  • Like you said you feel guilty when eating bad... so dont!! Start by finding something that gets you away from food like the outdoors! Calculate how many calories you need to take in to lose weight!!!!!
  • ~A tip from me (who is never motivated) is to just walk as a work out for about 30-60 min everyday, which is not bad! It keeps me motivated to keep pushing myself, plus you lose lots of calories from it!!! If you would like add me as a buddy to keep eachother motivated!~:) you are a very beautiful girl!   • Dont go near junk food or even look at it. Distract yourself from it by doing other things! I always listen to music or go outside if that helps
  • All i would say is only drink water and lots of it and just keep track of calories which for you i would intake 800-1000 calories a day and if u feel like eating junk foods what i do is just listen to music or go outside and it stops me from doing that. u probuley already know that but good luck!!!
