Im in... I'm 62 and have consumed a lot of alcohol over the years, which i'm sure has contributed to my weight gain. But now I have found alcohol consumption seems to exacerbate sore muscles to the point I can hardly move, the next day, so I'm cutting WAY back. I feel much better, now. I'm trying to eat more…

@Orphia I'm sorry to hear of your sister's ex-husband's passing. However tragic this is, from what you described, it sounds like there might be a quiet sigh of relief among those closest to him, but non the less, it's still a sad loss to family and friends.. and I'm so sorry.

Yes, I meant fresh, raw eggs, when hard boiled, don't peel well.

Fresh eggs will not peel. Let them hang out in your fridge for a week or two

Jan 5, just found this thread. I'm in. Actually started yesterday of abstaining from Alcohol. Now maybe the weight will come off.

Special K Breakfast sandwich, 1 cup Progesso soup, and an apple. ( approx. 400 cal) this was after going to the gym and pushing a few weights around for about 20 min, on my lunch hour.
