I don't mean to pile on but I do love the "no diet BS" rule and how consistently the community re-enforces it.

My husband has been into soylent for a meal or 2 a day for about a year. He likes it, makes breakfast/lunch prep easy and 1ml=1calorie. I am not a fan.

Smoothie with greek yogurt, oats, banana, frozen berries, peanut butter, milk. Takes 3 mins - just have to clean the blender when you get home :)

I'm with you, moledew. Almonds (10), cheese snacks, apples are my go-tos. Any of these plus a glass of water and I can usually power through.

Thanks, arditarose. My issue in the past has been letting myself off the hook too easily. Like, "Oh it's cool to have pizza today because I had a salad for lunch and I'll run tomorrow." That mindset really hasn't helped me at all. It seems like this level of restriction, at least to start, is what I need to get things…
