I pre-fill my diary every day from breakfast to snacks, then a tentative dinner. If I decide I don't want a certain snack that I had planned I can see how many calories it is and swap it out for something with similar value. I eat a wrap with Mama Lupe's Low-Carb Tortilla, 2 slices turkey, 1 Sargento thin slice cheese (any flavor you like), a handful of baby lettuce and a couple slices of Roma tomato around 8am.
