Hi all ... 36, 5'6, 1 16yr old son, SW/CW 250ish, 1st GW 210 - what I was a year ago, 2nd GW 180. First time at the gym in 4 years & I'm feeling it. Work & school full time so I've been doing nothing but sitting for almost a year & I knew it was time for a change.
