I'd like to join too. I'm 160 and would like to get down to 140 as soon as I can while making healthy decisions. I have fat to lose and muscle to (re)gain. I'm planning to follow the Sweat with Kayla workouts 3x week and walk at least 30 minutes a day. Eventually I'd like to get back to running, but I want to ease myself…
