Best of luck this go around, my goal was to loose 30 lbs, get in shape and eat healthier, I started May 1st, and im 6 lbs from my goal. You know the formula, you just have to stick with it, and have alot of willpower and self control. Best of luck to you on your journey, and congrats on the wedding.

Good for you! :-) I am almost there, 6 more pounds to loose. Since I quit eating bread/potatos, I'm back on track. Just like you, I bank all of my exercise calories, and stay under 1,700 calories a day. It's easy to see how I got there when you eat whatever you want and as much as you want.

I always try to bank my exercise calories and stay uner my MFP suggested calorie intake, I've lost 23 lbs in 2 months doing this and regularly exercise 5 days a week.

Awesome, I just got one for father's day, and love it, it's synced up to my endomondo and myfittnespal apps and it's awesome!

Was just trying to keep under my daily calorie intake, realized I was not losing as much as I wanted, so I cut out bread and potatoes, that gave me a breakthrough, now losing again, I think those 2 things are huge for me anyways.

I've got 8 more lbs to loose to meet my goal, nice to have friends to push me to the finish line, and I could offer support as well! :-)

Sometimes this will happen, you can mentally prepare for it so you know it's coming, and put it behind you and keep up the regular routine, for instance, my son's birthday, we went to buffalo wild wings, I had a 2,500 cal dinner (ouch!), but continued on my regular routine of keeping .y calories in check and exercising,…

You can add me as well, I'm 44 and for the first time in my life, I went over 200 lbs, that was in April, since then I've lost 23 lbs, I used to run and bike, but haven't in years, I started it back up and within a week, hurt my knee. I took a few weeks off, then went at it again, this time walking instead of running,…
