Do you feel achy or sick when you eat too many carbs? I've noticed that I do, even after almost 2 weeks on the diet. I had pizza the other night and felt really awful physically after. Can anyone else relate? Yes I feel sick but the trick with Pizza is just eat the toppings but still track everything

Yes I’m almost at my 3 months mark and fell off a few times at first but now I’ve been pretty set recently

Previously lost 40lbs and slowly gained 30 of it back I have to loose it and keep it off this time... Just need support, motivation, and others to watch their journey
