  • I definately understand! When I first started working out, I'd easily eat 4 big meals each day. I guess the new exercise is just a shock to your body and it's trying to compensate for the extra energy consumption by wanting more fuel. I personally found that I adjusted to it and went back to normal meals in about a week.…
