For me it's exercise. If I don't exercise I gain. Exercise also works as an appetite suppressant for me. I just have to make myself get up and get the exercise.....

As for fitness trackers - I have a Garmin Vivofit2 which I love. It lets me know when I need to get off my lazy butt and move. It also has a watch and is genuinely water resistant. (FitBit says it is but some of the user reviews disagree.) I did have a Misfit Flash which was good, it just didn't really motivate me to move.…

I weigh every morning before I get dressed. I usually log it once a week. But if I've hit a new low for a couple of days I can't resist logging it. It does tend to motivate me to up my activity for the day.
