16,314 steps or 7.5 miles using my Fitbit. I sat too much at work today, so I went for a walk/run this evening to make up for the down time.

I started the 5k training program a couple of weeks ago. The idea is fun and engaging and keeps me entertained while I walk/run. I would enjoy participating in challenges as a way to stay motivated.
