I only had one dress in my wardrobe that really fit me properly so had to wear it to ALL the *hatches, matches and dispatches that came along. The other night I chanced my arm trying on a few older dresses that had been too small on me...and they ALL fit! hurray options!! :) *christenings, weddings and funerals.

The thoughts of mixing cottage cheese with cocoa or peanut butter are squicking me out! My fave is to use it to top a baked sweet potato with a few scallions or chives :)

I go to the gym minimum 4 days a week/max 6. Two of the days I do PT sessions which focus on strength and conditioning. When I do my own workouts it's usually 30 mins of cardio and 50-70mins of lifting. On days I don't go to the gym I try get at least a 5k walk in.

I hate running - if I do cardio I bike - I would happily chose to cycle 100k over a 10k run.
