I've been at this on and off for the last year - started at 181lbs and am currently at 158. Am enjoying being fit, having more options when shopping for clothes and the recent reappearance of my clavicles

Wow some really great recipes on here - defo will be trying some out! In the morning i throw a chicken breast into a ziplock bag with some lemon juice, fresh thyme, chopped garlic and some salt & pepper. leave it in the fridge and when i get home from work pop it onto the George Foreman or chop it up and stir fry it.…

I get the protein in by slathering them in peanut butter but an alternative would be to add the pb to the mixture directly or else a scoop of protein powder: 2 bananas 2 eggs .5 cup of porridge oats .5 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt serves 2 with approx. 270 calories per serving
-
I defo need to make them again!

I'm 5ft 2 and am two months into my attempts to lose 40lbs. My start weight was 181lbs - currently I'm at 165lbs. I posted the below pic the other day to show 58 days progress - I carry my weight all over but especially in my bust and midsection - I'm prob one of the few people who look forward to smaller boobs!
-
Wow congrats! Great work!!
-
Thanks for sharing. That sounds brutal!! Its definitely working!! Keep it up ;)
Haha thanks! It's not too bad - in the beginning it was tough but as my fitness improves and my energy levels increase it gets better! I find the exercise part much easier than the 'diet' part to be honest, because: food :D

Wow thanks everyone! I posted this last night before bed and woke up to all these lovely messages! Reema - I usually do about 40mins cardio, mostly on the bike but a bit of running now too now that my fitness levels are up. I know cardio isn't for everyone but I do a lot of cycling and I love it so I don't mind it too…

Thanks Jake! I'm down 15lbs so far - my goal is to lose 40lbs although to be honest as the days go by this is becoming less about the number on a scale and more about how I feel, how I'm progressing in my workouts and how my clothes are fitting. I'm set up on MFP with the usual 1200 calories/day but, as I work out most…

I agree! I browse the 'Success Stories' board on pretty much a daily basis - so inspirational! Will add you for sure!
