Farthest left is summer 2015 at about 180. Middle is from December 2015 at 170. Right is current at 153! 8 more lbs to goal!

I have posted part of this pic before, but last night I put together 3 photos from the past 3 years. I've lost a total of 62 lbs. First photo was at highest weight (242); second one a year later (202); and last one this weekend (182). I want to lose another 43 lbs, to get to 139--but I can't believe I've made it this far! (Oh--and I'll be 58 in 2 weeks.) No "diet"--just focusing on more protein and veggies and working out with a trainer 3-4 times/week

Thanks and yes, gaining weight is as tough as losing. I had to eat (mainly clean food) when I was full, not a fun experience, but it works because now I am at an ideal weight and physique.
You are a similar type as me, except I was obese before Your before3 -

Dude, you're a real inspiration. I was wondering if I would have any loose skin at the end of my journey (lost 77lbs and still have 30ish to lose) but I had a similar body than yours before your weight loss and it makes me feel that although I don't necessarily want to be that lean, that I might not end up with any loose skin !
