Started in January, down 29 lbs. Eating at maintenance now, and added some cardio. Still leaning out, working on adding lean muscle.

Thanks and yes, gaining weight is as tough as losing. I had to eat (mainly clean food) when I was full, not a fun experience, but it works because now I am at an ideal weight and physique.
Great job @filbo132 . Would agree that gaining weight is as tough as losing, if not harder. People think its easy when its not. Like you, when I was gaining, had to keep eating even when I was full. Keep up the good work.2 -

This is just over four months progress. I am so proud of myself - I turn 50 in October and that was my motivation to get back to feeling good about myself. Nearly at goal weight now but also working on strength training as well. I'm 168cm tall and was 72.5kg in the first photo, now 59.6kg. GW 57.5kg88 -

You look amazing4 -
January 2015 1 year postpartum with 3rd baby. 145lbs
September 2015, 130lbs. Had lost 15lbs with crash diet and cardio only. Still looked pretty lumpy and put it all back on by January 2016
Started again February 1st 2016 with a much smaller deficit, weight lifting, yoga, and hula hoop for cardio.
I also stopped breastfeeding my 2 year old, which may have helped as I tend to hold extra weight when nursing my babes.
June 2016 117lbs
I'm 115lbs today and am going for another 5-10lbs to get to pre babies weight.
Edit to add, I'm 5'3" and 33yo
