This is just over four months progress. I am so proud of myself - I turn 50 in October and that was my motivation to get back to feeling good about myself. Nearly at goal weight now but also working on strength training as well. I'm 168cm tall and was 72.5kg in the first photo, now 59.6kg. GW 57.5kg

You look amazing4 -
January 2015 1 year postpartum with 3rd baby. 145lbs
September 2015, 130lbs. Had lost 15lbs with crash diet and cardio only. Still looked pretty lumpy and put it all back on by January 2016
Started again February 1st 2016 with a much smaller deficit, weight lifting, yoga, and hula hoop for cardio.
I also stopped breastfeeding my 2 year old, which may have helped as I tend to hold extra weight when nursing my babes.
June 2016 117lbs
I'm 115lbs today and am going for another 5-10lbs to get to pre babies weight.
Edit to add, I'm 5'3" and 33yo

lightest, not a very healthy time in my life 2 kids later ( heaviest when not pregnant ) about 168
Currently 125ish working on toning up building muscle
Not as impressive as some of you but I'm excited about it
Wow! You look fabulous! You are inspiring me as a post partum momma that I can eventually get my body back and have it be better than ever. Now I need to go do some more squats.

Thanks so much. I appreciate the "healthy" part since I've battled eating disorders in the past. You look amazing yourself!2 -

Thanks and you're welcome. I've been there too. I've got two young daughters and when people tell me, in front of them, "you look so skinny!" as a compliment I make a point to talk about how I've worked hard to become strong and healthy. Skinny is a bad word in our house8 -

Starting doing squats with Stronglifts 5X5, which was five sets of five reps, three times a week. I've moved on to a different lifting program (Wendler's 5/3/1) and it only has you squat once a week. I find myself missing the multiple days of squats and am currently looking for a different program. My 1RM on squats is 280 lbs.3
