Today is my one year anniversary since I started using MFP. So I thought I’d share a progress pic. I started at 67.2kg in Jan 2017 and am now down to 54kg.103

I was the one in the brown dress, bridesmaid. Weight I have no idea because I stopped weighing when I hit 285lbs.

So I suppose most people see success as that final point they reach or some other defined goal. After being on this path for years, and jumping in and falling off like we all do, I had a very interesting success this last year. Had some medical issues and injuries (play competitive sports) about a year and a half ago, so this last year I didn't really moderate eating as much to make progress, and exercise was out of the question. I went from maintaining around 190 pounds to 205 at the beginning of the year. The amazing part was, I was able to maintain and not gain back all the weight I lost over the years at least. So back on eating better and trying to get back to the gym. Had not done any progress pictures since, well, there was no progress, so I'll just say this is a STATUS picture instead of a success picture, but I consider my mindset and better eating habits over all a success that keeps me from regressing too much.
Currently just at 200 pounds and want to get back down to my 190 by March 1st. My overall goal is to be at 180 pounds when I turn 50 in just over a year and then just see what's next.
