Looking amazing and a Titans fan!! Double success!14 -
Just a genral face, 9 years and about 60 kg apart.81 -
Two transformations for the price of one! I’m down 120+ lbs and my husband is up 25 lbs, all thanks to MFP.124 -
The photo on the right is from 2015. It was at my HW of 282 (it's also my work ID ) I look so uncomfortable in my own skin, and I don't really remember feeling that way. The one on the right is from today at my CW of 240, down 4 pant sizes to a 14, and so much happier! I know I've got a long way to go, but I've made it so far since I started losing (this August) I wanted to share!97 -

Your face gains are on fire! Great job, I can’t wait until I can banish a bad ID photo that’s hanging over me. I’m already plotting to lose it so I can get a replacement when I’m ready. One day at a time!

First off, everyone here is amazing, but this made my jaw drop! I hope that every day you tell yourself, "You are AWESOME." Because you are!15 -
I started this year at 190 lbs, and a BMI of 27 - I've been on a low-carb/keto diet all year, and now down to 172 and a healthy BMI of just under 25! This weekend I enjoyed running in my favorite 5K and also taking part in the strength competition held at the site, which, as you can see, included a tire flip. I had never done a strength competition before, and did it mostly for fun, and it was fun!!

lol thank you! But to be honest, there's tons of loose skin there. I can make the skin on my arm "clap" it's so floppy. BUT STILL no one looks at my arm now and first thinks "omg loose skin" (unless I'm showing the flappy arm trick). At the end of the day, a healthy body size still ends up looking far more attractive than taut skin filled with fat -- I can't undo the fact that I've stretched things out, but that doesn't matter. I still look better thinner.

Exactly my point. I'm 62, lost 1/3 of my body weight a couple of years ago. There's some loose skin for me, but minor - eapecially after 2 years in maintenance. But a lot of people - mid-weight-loss - when the squishy/floppy fat is the worst, still dragging things down gravitationally - imagine that the end result will be *awful*. It's mostly not!
P.S. Flappy arm trick is usually mostly relaxed triceps, not fat/skin. Flex to the msx, check it out. Don't be mis-identifying nice (but relaxed) triceps as skin or fat!4
