It's been a couple of weeks. I went to Mexico for 1 week and gained 2lbs. My fitness pal had me scale back calories and I'm back down to goal weight 2 weeks later. I'm going to stick with 1800 calories next week and see how it goes.

I'm 5'5 and weighed 144.8 in June 3rd 2015. I'm now 134.6 but have been stuck for 3 weeks. My goal is 129. Getting tired of not seeing scale move. I've been doing 1200 calories.

I'm trying to lose 15lbs by October 2. I was able to get to my goal weight of 129 twice on my fitness pal but I've gained it back. I'm so mad at myself. Fitness is not a problem for me it's the sugar and stress eating. I'm 5'6" and now weigh 144!!!!
