The 16 hours off ended up being really easy for some reason. I think it’s because I knew the schedule was there and my body got used to being so scheduled…

  • @mamarh don’t be discouraged!! It might just be the amount of salt in the Pad Thai. Happens to me too whenever I eat something saltier than normal (or like yesterday, more sugar than normal). It’ll go away :)
  • @hammycakes I’m getting the same fluctuations as you & am at the same weight as you too! So frustrating to see +2lbs or +3lbs difference in one day, but it happens. Don’t let it get you down! It’s not permanent.
