Just done my first session today, was pretty awesome even though I was slightly out of sync with rest of class for most of the time, time to do some 'step in time' routines at home me thinks to get ready for next week :blush:

Best of Luck with it all :) am on Day 3 of having the Gym Bug, it's feeling awesome at the minute but the whole Gym Class after Night Shift routine I can see becoming a bit of a challenge. Wish I could walk my dog as part of fitness plan but he's a Neo Mastiff so doesn't like his walks ;)
