Swimming and bike would be ideal! Make sure you do lots of stretching, see a sports doctor if possible.

Less strength training, lower your weight a little - maybe even do body weight for awhile? lower your protein intake a little if you previously were on high protein and up your cardio. Maybe go back to beginner work outs until you hit your goal. :)

I think this is very possible however you'll find as you start to get lighter your weight loss will start mellowing out due to building lean muscle which weighs more than fat - so definitely don't get worried if the amount you're losing starts to slow down.
