If something works for you, for all means go for it. I personally don't like fad diets. they aren't my cup of tea but if you prefer eating like that over a normal healthy diet by all means, go for it. Of course if you feel drained or not so good, It isn't for you.

You need to speak to your doctor. I was eating at 1200-1500 as a 140 pound young woman and I was losing 0.5-1 pound a week so you can eat more than you are allowing yourself too and it sounds like you really need to. Yes. It says in one of the first page that it's not designed for beginners. You will get there. Maybe go for bike rides and runs to help move things along faster.

They aren't exactly healthy but it isn't going to make you fat or put stress on your system by enjoying in moderation. In fact, Sometimes eating something that gives you pleasure is actually good for you because it relieves stresses. Moderation is the key. :)

4 wheat bixs with 1/2 a banana, a sprinkle almond flakes, a little honey and some milk. :) I like 1/2 avo + 1/2 table spoon of feta cheese smashed on wholewheat or rye bread with diced cherry tomatoes, some chilli and a fried egg too.

I've just hit maintenance and I'm always worried that i'm eating too much. I'm scared about putting fat back on but i guess i'll understand more of how much and what I can eat as time goes on.

Ive lost 10 pounds and I feel like a total different person. People might not notice change because it takes time. Remind yourself to take progress photos along with weight and waist measurements. Every body is different. Don't stress. Enjoy the ride.

Eat greens with every meal. I go every day thanks to having spinach/ kale or broccoli with my meals. Don't skimp on it either, have a decent serve! Also drink a cup of water with each meal
