  • Down 1.4 this week. I was hoping for a bigger number with just adding exercise into the mix, but I'll take whatever I can as long as it is down.
  • I also take half gallon water cooler with ice water to work every day. I don't allow myself to go home until I've drank it all. Great way to get my water and keeps me away from the vending machines.

  • I love grilled chicken sandwiches. A 4 oz. Chicken breast is 120 calories. The buns I like are 150, but you can get better ones that are healthier. If I load it up with veggies, I don't even need condiments. Sometimes I add 2 percent cheese-45 calories. So total, it is 300 to 350 calories and leaves me feeling very full.

  • Welcome Bev. I tend to be an all or nothing girl too. I have always tried this alone before. I just found the Community and think with the help and support of so many good people, I can really do this now. I have a long journey, so it is so nice to not feel alone. This is going to be an awesome team!
  • Bri, Go under the My Fitness Pal Bar, Settings, Sharing &Privacy, Diary Sharing. I have mine set to friends only. Glad you are willing to share. I know not everyone wants to do this, but I am grateful for the ones that are comfortable with this. It's nice to see how they are making their weight loss goals happen.
