  • For snacks, find a trail mix with almonds, sunflower seeds, cashews & raisins. They're tasty, high in protein, and totally natural (really try to avoid processed foods as much as possible).

  • Naples. Lifting, biking, running.. maybe even cross fit? Looking for some friends to keep each other motivated and/or to workout with. Adds welcome here and on Garmin Connect (same username).
  • Naples here! I know of one group that meets weekly (6 PM on Thursdays) to run on the beach called the Gordon Pass Challenge. It's a 3 mile run from the Naples Pier down to the end of Gordon Pass and back (6 miles total, but I'm not quite making it the whole way yet). Add me if you're interested in that or want some help…
