I'm not really giving up food that I like lately but I'm just eating them in smaller portions...I think I just have trouble varying out the calories of the foods I eat throughout the day. Thanks...it seems too frustrating to give up things that I like. I couldn't let things like pizza go and I like pasta but its hard to make it all fit my calorie intake

Hi that's great! :) I'm 24...I lost 10 pounds once using an app on my phone called noom coach but I decided to try out myfitnesspal to see if its any better. I just started back up with fitnesspal today to see what happens.
