I'm not using the machine. I'm using http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/ I walk at 3.1MPH and 10% grade. My heart rate is about 150, which at my age according to the (220-35)*x formula, is 81%. Any faster than what I'm doing now and I'll be miserable and unable to work. "Plodding along" at a 10% incline may be something you laugh at, but it works for me. Thanks for the insult though. Reminds me why I don't post much.

10% incline is fairly hefty and for my weight and height, that is the number I get. God knows I feel like I'm dying at the end of it. Does that mean something? :) 2,000 a day is totally doable but I end up worrying about needing to average it over several days. I will feel less bad.

Larger bodies use more energy just to power all the cells involved in being lagder. Smaller bodies use less energy. You need a doctor. None of us are doctors. Do you still have a psychiatrist? Call that person immediately. Anorexia can be fatal. Stop trying to lose weight since I bet you're already underweight.
