  • I started snacking on ice cubes.. lol. Seriously. If I have this urge to snack.. I will bring a cup of ice on road trips or when I'm watching tv. It helps the snacking urges a lot! I'm sure you can get a small ice cube tray or even sprinkle some crystal light on them for flavor. Good luck!
  • What helps me stick to my eating better is having my day on the weekend that I can snack a bit. It allows me to have some goodies which I NEED or I might BINGE. Can't have that.   • WOw, you all are doing so great! I am stuck!!! My weight goes up and down 3 lbs almost weekly lately so I started strict again.. As strict as I can anyway. Starting weight- 235 Current weight- 194 Goal weight- 160
  • It's a DAILY struggle for me. I just had special K this morning instead of egg whites! Soo.. as you can see I fight urges daily myself. I find that staying strick during the week and just keeping Saturday as a cheat day allows me to really keep on track better. I feel better. Some don't have cheat days.. I do. I need it.…
