Fencing is supposed to be fantastic for martial arts training.

You go to buy a new car and the main criteria for selecting it is that it has to fit your kung fu weapons.

You might be a martial artist if you will practice your forms and weapons anywhere. The neighbors especially love it when I practice weapons, especially kwan dao, in the street.

2nd degree black in Shaolin Kenpo and 3rd degree brown in Shaolin Kung Fu. I was out of it for a while. I just started Kung Fu and Tai Chi about a year ago. I had my knee replaced in January, but I am back at it. I am obsessed.
