I have 4 week old and 3 year old daughters. I go back to work just after Labor Day. I have 35 lbs to go until I get back to my pre pregnancy weight and I want to focus on not just losing the weight but getting in shape.

Me! I had my second daughter 3 weeks ago. I gained 57 lbs with this pregnancy and it feels like an uphill battle at times. I aim to lose the 57 lbs but also become more physically active and tone up. We can do this! Seconding the recommendation to weigh everything, I've found it very helpful.

Excited to joint this thread. I have a baby shower as well as a birthday party to attend today. Just for today, I will make mindful choices at these gatherings and will make sure to track everything.

I have a 3 year old daughter and a 2 week old daughter. I gained a lot with both pregnancies and was able to lose it all plus some last time (although it took 2 years- and then immediately got pregnant lol) My goal is to lose 39 lbs and get back to my pre-pregnancy weight but also want to make exercise a priority.…
