I log everything- if you eat a lot of the same veggies, then they are right there in your recent foods. If you're not accurate, MFP isn't going to work.

I think any diet where you only eat one or two things isn't efficient in the sense that when you start eating normally you're going to gain back everything you lost. Unless you plan on following that diet your entire life.

I've never taken back food, whether I left early or not. However, I also take it in the inexpensive dishes that the host can just recycle afterwards. If I was hosting and someone took their particular thing, it's not like I would be upset though.
