I did not drink a lot in college because 1- price! and 2- I didn't need booze to have a good time. Nothing against going to a party but if you get pass put drunk on a weekly basis you may not be invited back the next semester. You can join clubs, study groups, gym groups (zumba, yoga for ex) to meet people.

If you have dentures, they won't fit as well. Your mouth shape changes. I worked at a dentist's office for a while and when people lose a lot of weight 100+ lbs, they always needed to get new dentures.

I'm not sure banning anything helps. Cocaine is banned, drinking under the influence is banned and yet thousands of people do and die from those things. Also, if a Doctor can over ride it, I see EVERY model having a dr's note.

I was REALLY hungry the first two weeks, even though I was eating the right stuff, but now I am fine with the amounts I eat. So it may just be an adjustment period.

I use something similar called The Big Boss Oil-less Fryer . It's great for fries and what not. They taste crunchy and fried but no oil is used! I will def try chicken wings in it!

Night eating is fine as long as you don't go over your calories. Before you go to work can you set up a plate for yourself?
