  • Made one this morning using.. 1 banana, 1 cup of spinach and kale, 1 cup mixed berries i used( raspberries, strawberries, blueberries) 1 cup of water. Its actually pretty good. Only thing i wish was different are the seeds in it. But hey i got myself and my daughter to eat spinach!
  • Me too! My baby will be 1 in 2 weeks I'm still 20 pounds over what I was when I got pregnant. I am also looking to lose 50 lbs. It was higher but I've already lost some!! Feel free to add me!
  • Mine randomly showed up by itself. After I synced it I opened mfp and it showed calorie adjustment at thr bottom of my diary. Not much help but that's what I'm seeing from mine.
