How do you all deal with stress and stop yourself overeating or drinking wine as a result. In Singapore and worried about the corona virus so just had a couple of glasses of rose and some crisps 😕. I need some ideas

Hi all, hope I'm allowed to join? in Singapore but English ; ) Ive been a member for years but my weight has gradually gone up not down as Ive not tracked properly so now the time has come where I need to. Weight Today is 78.9kg I will weigh each Monday like you guys Target weight is 73kg
