I buy 100 calorie microwave popcorn. They are mini bags so they are already portioned out and does the trick when I’m craving salty crunchy goodness.

Try putting Dr.Scholl inserts in your sneakers. They have ones specifically for shin splints. That did the trick for my shin splints. They are cheap enough to give it a shot before buying new sneakers.

Anyone notice their Fitbit miles vs treadmill miles being way off? I do 5 miles on the treadmill and my Fitbit only says 3 1/2. I've tried adjusting my stride but didn't help at all.

I have a serving of metimucil weight management right when I get home from work. It's added fiber to my day and helps me feel full. I also eat a mini bag of 100 cal popcorn while watching tv. It does the trick
