Hi everyone! 44 year old here, back on mfp after a few years of gaining weight. I’m 50 lbs heavier than when I had my daughter 3.5 years ago. I can’t even blame baby weight, it was all my overeating. Time for a turn around. Please add me as a friend, would love all the support I can get!

Hi! Thanks for all the great info on here. I would just like to clarify that I am using the fitbit and mfp correctly. I'm logging food only on mfp. I got that part. When I go for a run or jog, should I be using the timer on the fitbit itself? Or the tracker through my phone? If I use both, it logs both on the fitbit app.…

Hey everyone. I just I'm got my fitbit charge hr yesterday. Still trying to figure out how to make it do the calorie adjustment on here. It says it's synced and I see my steps take on mfp. Yesterday it did the calorie adjustment, today nothing.

Hey. I just stated using mfp 16 days ago. I've lost 7 pounds and could definitely use some more motivation and support to keep going. I know the first pounds are always the easiest to lose, I don't want to give up As it becomes more difficult to shed the pounds.
