I guess you are right. I'm sorry. But at least I didn't mention this person's username? I highly doubt she has read this, or she would have commented.
-
I never said you shouldn't comment :) But I wasn't actually asking for fitness advice, just positive, friendly supporters. Because that's what I need in my life.

No, I wouldn't say that. I was only trying to attract some more positive friends on here. And I have, so I'm happy. I was only wanting to clarify that I will happily accept criticisms if I actually ask for them.

Just to be clear, I wasn't referring to me asking for advice and not liking what I was getting. I've actually never asked advice on here specific to my eating and exercise. (I save that for a local personal trainer in my town, whom I trust and know well.) I use MFP, as most people do, for logging my food and exercises and…

@allaboutthefood Agreed! And thank you, good luck to you as well. @ninerbuff I totally understand that point of view. If someone is taking on a crazy crash diet, or using a bunch of fad diet pills of course they should be informed that it is bad for them and will almost certainly gain all the weight back. But, it needs to…

@lana0715 Sure! Here is the link, rebootwithjoe.com/almond-butter-chocolate-fudge/ You might also like this recipe for chocolate peanut butter bites, it's actually a MFP recipe. https://blog.myfitnesspal.com/chocolate-peanut-butter-bites/ And if you're on pinterest you can follow my food board, lots more yummy recipes on…

I use Pinterest daily for recipes. It's the only way I can stay organized and find new recipes to keep things fresh! I love MFP's import recipe tool, just paste the url and you're done! Makes things so much quicker. Here's my board if anyone wants to follow it. There is a almond butter fudge recipe on there that is to die…

Well, @SezxyStef , really bad stuff is I guess different for everyone. I don't think chocolate bars are bad at all in moderation. But for me, "bad stuff" is ice cream, candy (for me it's snickers!), and other sweets with lots of additives. That's the kind of stuff that makes me just want more and more when I eat it. But…

I have started preparing easy "sweet" recipes to replace similar things I love, healthier with no added sugar. I keep almond butter "fudge" in my freezer all the time (ridiculously easy to make!) It makes me crave the really bad stuff less.

I'm starting Insanity tomorrow (not max 30 though) :)

I'm 27, 5'4 and currently 190 lbs. I'm working hard to get back into shape after 3 kids. I would LOVE to be around 140.

Anything by The Black Keys gets me pumped up, I'm obsessed with Bat for Lashes right now, and The Fleet Foxes are nice for cool down/stretching...nice and relaxing

I've been on depo for 6 months now. About 3 months ago I realized I was gaining rapidly. Then I remembered my doctor telling me that depo might make it hard for some women to know when to stop eating. And then I realized I was binge eating basically all day. It was crazy! I didn't even notice how much more I was eating.…

Awesome! And I agree with everyone, very inspiring!

I would love some more motivational friends too! I'm 28, from Iowa. Add me!

I added you! I don't have too many friends either.
