  • Dr. had good news. My Diabetes should be controllable by diet and exercise. Guess its up to me now. Seems to be no interest in this subject by others. Its life or death to me.

  • Hi people! Got room for an old man who is way over weight? Been heavy most of my life but now I have been diagnosed with type2 diabetes, and have to loose weight! I lost 42 lbs some time ago but had a knee replaced and put it all back on. I like some Com padres in my battle.

  • I really need to loose 100 lbs. have used this site before loosing 42 lbs. Could not keep it off. So I'm back again. With health issues!
