I cut up the avocado and put it on some whole wheat bread and add some pepper. I also heard cut up avocados with milk is good too, haven't tried that yet, sounded strange to me.

Also, the coconut gives the cookie its own sweetness. I fell in love with the dough too..*-* If you make them, hope you like them :D
