Yes it helped! Lol I didn't think to look up a user guide. My box didn't have one. Hmmm...maybe hubby just didn't see it lol. I did get it at wal mart. It is very accurate at step counts, I love it. It syncs right to your phone too!! The app is free also big plus lol. I spent the little extra and got the elite.

All of you are so uplifting! My little girl just turned one. I started my diet yesterday. I'm doing my own thing. Vitamins, cutting out sugars, sodas, and bread.
